LG enV Touch PhoneLG is exploring the mobile phone industry with a sequel of the Voyager. The specifications and exclusive images of the LG enV Touch, which is also termed as the Voyager 2, seeps out - all thanks to the Verizon Equipment Guide.

According to I4U, the leaked details suggest that the mobile phone might possess dual screens, from which one is a WVGA touchscreen display (on the exterior) and the other is a non-touch WVGA screen within the clamshell. Apparently, there is a full-QWERTY keypad, stereo speakers, a native 3.5mm headphone jack and a 3.2 megapixel camera with a Schneider-Kreuznach lens, auto-focus and flash. Samsung HMX-R10 HD camcorder

We will soon be able to actually get our hands on the Samsung HMX-R10 HD camcorder starting as soon as next month. The camcorder was released in Korea yesterday and measures in at just 4.9″ x 1.5″. Specs include a 1,920 x 1,080 resolution from a 1/2.33-inch CMOS sensor. It also has a 9-megapixel sensor for still photos.

  • a 2.7-inch touchscreen LCD with the proprietary Magic Touch UI from Samsung

It improves the performance of high-end phones and other mobile consumer electronics when processing and storing large amounts of multimedia content. Dell has launched its latest 20-inch HD widescreen monitor: ST2010. It features HD playback capabilities with a 1600 x 900 resolution for a true 16:9 aspect ratio, and an HDMI input for rapid transfer of high quality video and audio. The HDMI input also allows you to connect the monitor to a HD games console or blu-ray player. Other features of the Dell ST2010 includes a fairly standard 5-millisecond response time and a 1000:1 contrast with a 160 degree viewing angle. The Dell ST2010 uses a highly efficient two lamps direct backlight system for as much as 25% energy savings compared to similar monitors using four lamps. It is estimated that the Dell ST2010 will cost around US $120 to $130.

Google has announced three new enchancement to its search engine at their event called Searchology: Google Search Options, Google Squared, and Rich Snippets. The aim is to give searchers new ways to filter results based on factors like timeliness, result type such as image or videos, or a desire to see search results in visual form.

With Search Options, the results page gives you more options and allows you to show and hide options. It is hoping that this feature will provide more useful results and a better search experience for its users.

Google Squared is the newest addition to Google Labs. It will be available later this month. Google Squared allows searchers to create a spreadsheet based on Web results. Users can filter the data accessed through the Google Squared search, request additional categories to create a custom spreadsheet with the results that matter the most to them, and even fact-check the results by accessing the source of the data as well as alternate sources.

The third product announced is Rich Snippets, which show extra metadata in results, things like user reviews and the cost of products.

According to a leaked roadmap of upcoming phones for later this year from Walmart, the below is called Morrison or aka Bigfoot. Many believe this isn’t going to be a new HTC Android phone instead, a revised version of the G1 or second gen G1 if you like. As you can see it sports a full slide-out HTC-style QWERTY keyboard, great for those who are keen on texts. BGR reports that the Bigfoot is likely to drop in October later this year for $148 with a 2-year agreement at Walmart. As for us in the UK, we’re not too sure whether it will actually make its way here.

The Playstation has been a dominating game console for as far as it can be remembered. But Sony / Sony Ericsson have always denied the possibility of a Sony Ericsson phone orientated towards its game console series, in other words a PlayStation phone. In the past Sony have stressed that a PlayStation-branded phone could only exist independently from the mobile phone maker. However in a recent interview with Financial Times, Sony Ericsson’s president Hideki Komiyama have hinted that a PlayStation branded phone could actually be back in their agenda afterall. “If we do not adapt to this new technology or new market environment, we’re going to lose”, the Sony Ericsson head suggested.

With significant losses just within Q1 of 2009 and increasing threat into the portable gaming market from Apple’s iPhone and iPod Touch, clearly the Sony Ericsson boss feels it may be necessary afterall to rethink about the idea of launching a portable PlayStation mobile phone device - watch this space!

Button Spy Camera with Ring Controller

We have seen so many spy cameras, and here is one of the best spy cameras I have even seen - brando’s button spy camera that comes with a ring controller. The spycam is so real that you can use it on your shirt. It can capture 608×488 video at 15fps or 1200×1600 still images. It has built-in 4GB memory and videos at stored in 3GP format.

The spycam comes with a wireless ring controller, which turn on/off the camera, start/stop video recording and capture images.

Panasonic HDC-SD10 World Lightest Full-HD Camcorder

Panasonic announced its new HDC-SD10 and HDC-TM10 that are the world’s lightest Full HD digital camcorder weighing just 227 grams. These camcorders are basically identical, except the SD10 uses SD/SDHC memory cards while the TM10 comes with both 8GB internal storage and SD/SDHC card slot.
