Sony rolls out three new Blu-ray players to redefine home entertainment

Sony has rolled out three new Blu-ray players extending their Blu-ray line to 13 models. The players launched by Sony include the BDP-CX960, the ES (Elevated Standard) BDP-CX7000ES Blu-ray disc MegaChanger and the BDP-S1000ES single disc ES player.

The MegaChanger models are capable of storing and playing 400 Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs. This allows users to relocate their collection to a convenient and easy to access location. These players are also capable of downloading information from Gracenote’s MusicID and VideoID to organize the stored multimedia data.

Intel releases X25-M 34-Nanometer NAND Flash SSD

Intel is planning to launch its advanced 34- nanometer NAND flash-based Solid State Drive, which is an alternative to a computer’s hard drive. Avatar Digital has introduced a Binocular Sport and Spy camera, reports Ubergizmo. The device incorporates a 21x optical zoom that can be furthered strengthened by a blinding 40x digital zoom. The camera is capable of capturing still images as well as videos.
